Training….dynamic, static or meditative?

Hi, I’m Alish Zenzejul, a modern wandering Yishu Wuhang monk (more info here), a Five Element Yoga trainer (more info here), a Tantric Wellness Coach (more info here), a multitechnique massage therapist (more info here) and courses, workshops and lectures guide (more info here).

From January, we will start new class groups of several subjects (more info here) and so the question is…..what type of training is the “best” for you?

To help you with this question I created a quick and short overview of the things I can teach you. All trainings are also available as private classes!

Dynamic trainings (more info here)

These type of trainings are guided to people who are looking to move a lot, to obtain muscle strength, flexibility and cardio. A regular Dynamic class is going to start with a warm up and balance exercises, followed by some strengthening, cardio or flexibility routines and finishes with relaxing and calming down. The goal is to make a full body session in 2 hours max, due to its high tone rate.

This classes are lots of fun, with music, dancing, moving, sweating and feeling our bodies.

Under this type of training we find:

  • Yishu Wuhang monk training (more info here),
  • Five Element Yoga training (more info here),
  • Pilates (included in the Yoga classes),
  • Cardio (included in the Yoga classes),
  • Tantra Yoga (more info here),
  • Aerobics.

Static trainings (more info here)

These type of trainings are guided to people who are looking to relax and release physical, emotional and mental tension. A regular Relaxing class is going to start with Pranayama (breathing techniques) followed by stretching techniques, relaxing the body, a releasing massage and an Om chanting.

This classes are soft, peaceful (sometimes emotional) and filled with relaxing moments.

Under this type of training we find:

  • Yishu Wuhang stretching techniques (more info here),
  • Pranayama (included in the Yoga classes),
  • Chanting classes (planning in process),
  • Soft Yoga trainings (more info here).

Meditative trainings (more info here)

They are similar to Static classes but our focus is on Meditation. This type of trainings are guided to people who are looking to relax and release physical, emotional and mental tension. A regular Meditation class is going to start with Pranayama (breathing techniques) followed by stretching and relaxing techniques and a guided meditation.

This classes are soft, peaceful (sometimes emotional) and filled with relaxing moments.

Under this type of training we find:

  • Pranayama (included in the Yoga classes),
  • Chanting classes (planning in process),
  • Meditation classes (more info here).

So ask yourself…..

What am I looking for?

What do I need?

What is my goal?
