Hi, I’m Alish Zenzejul. I’m the instructor of these classes (if you want to know more about me, you will find more info here).

I want to start new class groups and for that I invite you to join one or more of our classes.

Your first class (in every training) is FREE, you just have to contact me to book your spot (contact me here).

YISHU WUHANG MONK TRAINING (Hard training)

2 hrs. @ Koliba’s forest (contact me for details on meeting point)

Monday – Tuesday – Wednesday – Thursday – Friday @ 14.00 – 16.00

Price €15 per 2 Hrs. class / per person, monthly discount available (contact me here)

This is a hard training class, recommended for those who like challenges and want to learn a defensive Martial Art and Yoga at the same time. It works out strength, flexibility, balance, mind focus and cardio.

It includes warming up, Five Element Yoga, Yishu Wuhang monk training, stretching, Pranayama (breathing techniques) and more, inside the Koliba forest at daylight and moonlight. We will begin with a “Level 0 knowledge” class. More info here.

 

FIVE ELEMENTS YOGA CLASS (Dynamic training)

1.5 hrs. @ Brighter Life Center (Hurbanovo námestie 5, Bratislava)

Wednesdays @ 18.00 – 19.30

Price €7 per 90 mins. class / per person, monthly discount available (contact me here)

This class is a Dynamic type of Yoga, recommended for people who want to exercise as a hobby. It works out strength, flexibility, balance and cardio.

Each class includes warming up, Surya Namaskara (Sun Salutation) or Chandra Namaskar (Moon Salutation), Pilates, Pranayama (breathing techniques), stretching and relaxing exercises. We will begin with a “Level 0 knowledge” class, but higher levels are also welcome, as its a personalized class. More info here.

 

EASY FLOW YOGA CLASS (Soft training)

This is a soft training class, recommended for those who want to learn how to breathe, relax sour muscles and enjoy stretching. It can be used as support for healing sport injuries, back pains, joint pains, esclerosis, escoliosis, stiffness or any muscle pain.

It includes warming up, stretching, Pranayama (breathing techniques), a soft vibration massage and more. It is a personalized class. More info here.

 

MEDITATION CLASS (Shanti training)

This is a very soft class, recommended for those who want to learn how to breathe, relax their body and enjoy Peace. It can be used as support for healing anger, sadness, depression, anxiety and to learn how to focus.

It includes stretching, Pranayama (breathing techniques), Om chanting and guided meditation.

 

RED TANTRA YISHU WUHANG CLASS (Dynamic Tantric training)

2 hrs. @ Centrum Radosť (Lýcejná 4, Bratislava)

Wednesdays @ 19.45 – 21.45 

Price €12 per 2 hrs. class per person.

This class is a Dynamic – Tantric – dancy – sweaty type of Yishu Wuhang training, recommended for people who want to exercise in an intense way and work on balancing their chakras. Each training is guided to perform a dynamic asana correctly with its Pranayama and Kundalini movement. It works out strength, flexibility, balance, Kundalini energy, self-awareness and counsciousness. This training follows the Red Tantra Yishu Wuhang’s philosophy (more info here).

Each class includes warming up, Surya Namaskara (Sun Salutation), Pilates, Pranayama (breathing techniques), Kundalini movement, stretching and relaxing exercises. We will begin with a “Earth Element” and it is a personalized class.

 

PRIVATE CLASS (Personalized training)

Available Monday to Saturday with personal schedual

Price €15 per individual class / person, monthly discount available (contact me here)

This is a fully personalized class for maximum 3 persons, in the comfort of your home or in a center (booking required) for a minimum of 2 hours.

The type of training depends on your needs and an initial “get to know you” session is required. This training is guided by your goals (a Wellness coaching technique, more info here) and set to a certain amount of time (1 – 6 months).

It may include Five Element Yoga, Yishu Wuhang monk training, Pilates, stretching, Pranayama (breathing techniques) and guided meditation.
