Hi, I’m Alish Zenzejul. My objective as your Tantric coach is improving your way of living, everyday, everywhere with everyone but specially with yourself.
The difference between a Personal and a Life coach is little: the Personal coach helps you to become the best version of yourself, as an individual, while the Life coach helps you to create an improved social life, job and relationships, both social or intimate. The Wellness coach is the one who helps you to aquire healthy habits and/or deal peacefully with sicknesses or illnesses.
As a Yishu Wuhang monk I have learned that Tantra is “the Art of Loving, first yourself to be able to Love everything in every moment”
In western countries the point of view about Tantra is misguided, especially related only with sexual activities, being misunderstood and misussed. Tantra relates to sexuality because it’s a manifestation of the Root Chakra, one of the seven main Chakras or energetical vortexes of the body. Another reason why I as a coach or therapist recommend involving Tantra in a coaching is because of all the conditioning of the modern societies on the basic needs as:
– feeling ungrounded and not being part of a social group.
– problems in the legs, feet, rectum, tailbone, immune and reproductive systems.
– lack of self-confidence and self-awareness.
– innability to provide for life’s necessities.
Tantra can help overcome these conditionings and teaches us how to really Love ourselves.
Can you imagine living a Life filled with activities you love to do, in places you enjoy, feeling good about yourself every day?…..Well, it’s possible!
Often we get caught up in what we don’t want, and SPEND an awful lot of energy and time avoiding the undesirable result. CHANGE. But we all know what other people need to do or change, so what makes us unable to do this for ourselves? The truth is many fail to recognise their own potential, passions and Codes.
I will become a guide on a voyage of self-discovery. My skill, knowledge and experience will help you to get the best out of you. I am qualified to assist you to look at your life, expand your thinking, help you decide and create how you want your life to be, now and in the future.
This is achieved using specific exercices that help you to “bird view” your life and then change your brain programmes (the Code) and create new ones. This new Codes are habits that will improve your Life as much as you train them. I will also assist by identifying and helping you to make any problems small enough for you to easily overcome them.
In our sessions I will assist you to identify and release limiting Codes, self-damaging habits, and negative behaviour, which hold you back from achieving the positive results you desire and replace them with positive and powerful habits for life. I will help you to actualize all your new goals while making sure you are maintaining balance in your everyday life.
As a life coach I will help you reach a goal or make a change in your life, to get out of your head and start taking action in the areas of your life that you wish to change.
Part of the process is asking questions that help you evaluate and decide which steps to take in order to reach your goal or make an important change and to reach it in the most efficient, effective and rewarding way possible. Life coaches are more than just a counselor or consultant, they step you through the achievement process from the beginning to the end, from the planning stage all the way through the execution stages.
Let it go! Everyone has inner wars, and the difference between those who are happy and sad are the ones who have learned to let pain go. I will help you through your pain and memories in a way that helps you heal and let go.
You need to clear your vision… Most people have some general ideas on what they want—to start a business, to help people, to be more authentic in their career— but they aren’t clear on the specifics, nor do they know how to get there. Thanks to Life coaching, you can discover your calling and build a fulfilling career.
Create patterns that support your goals. People are clear about where they want to be, but they continue to make self-destructive decisions that keep them tied to bad habits. They lack the true commitment to really make their dreams a reality and they don’t know how to get on the right track. So create new Codes and habits to help you achive your goals.
Breathe. Most people are often in a state of reaction. This can manifest in a number of ways. Perhaps they have frequent road rage, and after the question of why they fight so hard pops up. Often they find themselves feeling guilty for the way they react. Learn how to use your breath to pause that state of reaction and analyse, feel and decide how to act next.
Craving for more in Life. Some may be having huge success in their career, yet they still feel unfulfilled. The trick is knowing our Passions. A Passion is that exitment feeling that you get when you do something you Love from the first moment you try it. If you continue doing it you WILL become better at it and with practice, you WILL master it. This also applies to emotional, physical and mental states.
As a Wellness coach I will assist you through the process of actively working towards better health by providing support, encouragement, and education. As a Five Element Yoga (more info here), Pilates and Fitness trainer, I am able to recommend certain exercises and asanas, pranayamas and nutritional habbits that will help you to achieve the goal you want and help you release tension through massage therapies (more info here). I can also teach courses, workshops and lectures (more info here) in this and other related subjects.
