Meditation

Hi, I’m Alish Zenzejul, a modern wandering Yishu Wuhang monk (more info here) trained also as a Tantric Wellness Coach (more info here), a multitechnique massage therapist (more info here) and a courses, workshops and lectures guide (more info here) specialized in subjects related to physical and emotional Wellness and Fitness.

Meditation is a practice where an individual operates or trains the mind or induces a mode of consciousness to allow the mind to engage in peaceful thoughts. It is used to clear the mind and to reduce stress.

Each culture and religion have their own way of meditating as a path to Peace as has each person which is due to different requirements and approaches to meditation.

In the classes of Soft Yoga & Five Elements Yoga (more info here), Tantra Yoga (more info here) and massage sessions we include meditation techniques as a tool for relaxing the mind and achieve full presence in our everyday life.
